Just starting out
Hey guys, I absolutely love the pod and feel inspired and motivated. I’ve just started fasting doing 18:6 for 2 days and OMAD for 1 and just repeating that schedule. I haven’t seen results in the first week. Shifting to OMAD for 5 days and one 48 hour each week. When should I see results? Thank y’all!

I have listened to a lot of this and really do not like when people that are not Doctors, talk about it. Maybe it is just me but I think if you want to talk about the science of fasting you have to be a Doc, but maybe that is just me.
