Good podcast
I really enjoy the podcast. It’s very actionable and feels more realistic and approachable than some I’ve heard. I do have a question, maybe you guys have addressed this one before. I’ve seen some videos that say you can fast too much and that women, especially women who are not approaching menopause, are more likely to be fasting too much for their body. Is that true? And how do you tell if you’re fasting too much? I’ve got quite a bit of weight to loose and I’m eager to loose it and get healthy, but I also don’t want to risk doing something that’s bad for me because I went to an extreme.

Thanks for all the good information! I’m working my way through. I’m currently at number 55, I listen to several per week when I am off. I’ve been doing IF for 5 months and love it.
