“I just found this a few weeks ago. I love how they go into all the health benefits not just weight loss and break down the science into normy speak. I’ve been dabbling in IF for the last 2 years and I think I’ve finally found my stride. I was on the brink of giving up on IF again after a month because I was tired , hungry, grumpy and starting to binge. Then I heard about fasting clean. I gave up cream in my coffee , flavored la croix and bulletproof coffee as a last ditch effort. I can’t tell you what a difference it made. Yesterday my fast was scheduled to end at 2 pm and I was NOT HUNGRY so I went another 2 hours. And still I wasn’t starving but wanted to eat with my family. I had been making goodies all afternoon and had no desire to nosh while I was cooking. Unheard of! My mood is improved. I have more energy. I haven’t reached euphoria yet but I’m on the lookout for it. I hope you guys will do a podcast on the benefits on the clean fast. Or maybe you have and I just haven’t gotten to it yet. Anyway, if anyone else is struggling with IF please try fasting clean for a few weeks and see what happens! I know these guys don’t push the clean fast but I just wanted to help anyone else that’s struggling. :)”
