Tina believes education is important for women of all ages to understand the changes they will go through in their mid life. Tina is a Registered Nurse, Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist (MNU) who has worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years in both the healthcare environment and the corporate world. As someone who went through premature menopause she realised the lack of information available so has now specialised in helping women navigate through this sometimes challenging time of their life. In this episode we talk taboo’s, bust myths and discuss the importance self care plays in perimenopause and menopause. Tina shares her expert advice which is backed with research and her own personal experiences.
