Excellent podcast!
This is a really good podcast, whether you are interested in intermittent fasting for weight loss or just for good health in general. Melanie and Gin are really well informed about the topic and it's obvious that they keep up with current research. What I love is that the show is friendly and engaging, while also being well grounded in the science of fasting. Melanie and Gin offer their own stories and interesting anecdotes which really make the discussions fun and interesting, but they also always draw on science and current research. That blend makes the show fun AND also highly credible (which is really important when it comes to your health). Whether you are brand new to fasting or already have a lot of experience and knowledge, this podcast is fantastic.Read full review »
