Inspirational and Informative
As a clinical nutritionist specializing in SIBO, a digestive disorder where meal spacing is integral to successful symptom management, I highly recommend this inspirational and informative podcast. Gin and Melanie have done their research and both live the IF lifestyle, so they speak from experience and, as a bonus, are so much fun to listen to!! Love their individual voices, unique accents and warm, friendly rapport. Well-referenced and compassionate responses to listener questions are a highlight of each episode. A++
