Common Sense for weight loss
My sister shared the podcast with me and I love podcasts so I decided to take a listen. What I’ve heard so far makes a lot of sense! Your mind is a powerful tool and it definitely needs to be reined in otherwise you get monkey mind! I’m a huge fan of meditation and so this method of weight loss falls right in with that!
