Finally - a podcast that really works
I have listened to 10 episodes so far, which may seem so few to write a review. However, the content and advice given by Brenda has already turned my thinking around, so I now know why & what I’m doing to sabotage myself. My head is in a much better place and I feel in control of what I’m eating. I’m also using Brenda’s tools in my work life, which is also beneficial in that environment too (solution focused instead of problem focused). Great work Brenda. Am thoroughly enjoying your podcast.

I really wanted to like this podcast, but it took her 30+ MINUTES to get in to the intermittent fasting topic. I love this podcast. Brenda is great! She talks about how to practically deal with cravings and stress eating and change your thoughts to think positively.
