Great episode with Alistair Brownlee - really good learnings about keeping it simple and the importance of consistency in every aspect of training and recovery. Also, asking Alistair Brownlee a question he's never been asked before is no mean feat! 10/10Read full review »

No offence but if someone has tapped onto this podcast they already know what it’s about so no need for grand exaggerated intros. If I have to wait ten minutes before I get any useful information that I can use then I give up and move onto a podcast that is able to get to the point.
