I get that the intention of this podcast is partially focused on weight loss, but I started listening with the hope of getting tips for becoming a better runner and fueling my body well for the sport. The host implies time and time again that weight loss is equatable with self-improvement, and that not losing weight is a sign of weakness and not trying β€œhard enough”. This kind of talk encourages disordered eating and eating disorders. It’s 2021, read the room!
