Consistent positive messages
I've listened to Emily for a few years and one thing that keeps me coming back is her positive messages in the podcasts. I love how she talks about how life changes when different seasons change, such as when your kid is in soccer in the fall, then switches to basketball like mine does. She talks about meal prep, working in movement, and giving yourself grace. This is the basis for feeling better in our chaotic lives!
