Relatable, quality, in-depth examination of skills
I went through these skills in a DBT group a few years ago, and looked for a podcast to revisit them and see how I relate to them now that I’ve had some time to practice. The quality and depth of this podcast is great. I love how they use concrete and relatable examples to show how to use the skills. They also are authentic and open about their own struggles with emotional regulation at times, which feels validating. DBT skills are useful for everyone, and they have changed my life. This podcast is a gift!

But sometimes the concepts and skills are a bit difficult to wrap my head around or to practice. It’s been so helpful to listen to these two talk about and reinforce what I’m learning...Read full review »
