I am planning on joining your Shred program soon, but wanted to catch up on all of your podcasts and do a little more digging on macros and recipes, along with tracking my food. I have learned so much about macros, food, working out, goals, and fad diets listening to your podcast. I love that you talk about doing what will be sustainable for you and your life, no food is off limits (even fast food), and weights vs all cardio. I love these episodes, I work as a seamstress so I’m sitting most of the day and listening to you has gotten me back to my fitness. 2 years ago I lost and kept off 100 pounds. Not healthily I’ll admit but I did keep it off in a healthier way. Now I’m trying to lose 60 more pounds.

Kristy does such a great job of telling you REAL information. I have leaned so much and have seen and felt my mind shift change as I progress in her podcast. Kristy is so amazing and easy to connect with. I love getting to know her and real life fitness through this podcast.
