I am planning on joining your Shred program soon, but wanted to catch up on all of your podcasts and do a little more digging on macros and recipes, along with tracking my food. I have learned so much about macros, food, working out, goals, and fad diets listening to your podcast. I love that you talk about doing what will be sustainable for you and your life, no food is off limits (even fast food), and weights vs all cardio.
