“Hilary's podcast is fantastic! I really enjoy how down-to-earth the guests have been, and how various real-life topics are addressed. Every episode I've listened to has opened my awareness to the challenges women face in juggling life with trail running, and I'm grateful for Hilary and her guests for candidly and openly discuss their experiences. It's easy to pick up on how much Hilary enjoys interviewing, and how much she loves physical activity. This is the first podcast I've found that features so much genuine laughter!
Listening to Trail Running Women has also helped me comprehend the challenges and difficulties women face when going out for a run, entering a race or showing up for a group trail activity. There are many things I don't consider when lacing up my shoes to head out the door, and this podcast has raised my awareness to so many different aspects while offering insights into how I can contribute to creating a safe, empowering space for fellow runners.
