I have really been enjoying this podcast. I appreciate Tricia’s vulnerability and realness. I feel like she is talking to me and I imagine other women listening feel the same. I also appreciate that most episodes are short. I can listen to one episode on my 10min-is-better-than-nothing walk that in a perfect world should have been 30minutes. But I am not perfect- nobody is. And that’s OK. Thank you for reminding me,Tricia!

I was really surprised by this episode. The suggestions on how to apply are very helpful. However, what I really found interesting is that you can do self care without feeling guilty or selfish. And, at the same time, make your body, mind and spirit feel better. Keep them coming
