Healing
I have been doing these guided meditations for a month now, twice daily. I am sure they are helping my headaches and enabling relaxation and rest. The teacher’s voice is very calm, clear and soothing. I am not sure I agree with the perfectionist implication of some of the suggested Sankalpas, but I have my own simpler versions which for me seem attainable. I am so glad I discovered these podcasts- an essential and integral part of my day.

This is a tremendous podcast. Yesterday, I cycled 50 miles, was a bit tired, and then did the deep relaxation 42 minute Yoga Nidra and felt reinvigorated.
