Outstanding
Returning to running after an injury and 2 full months away, I thought I would try this. I trust The Guardian, and figured their running program deserved a chance. After 6 short weeks, I am back to my pre-injury time for a 5k, and even maybe a bit better. I have tried others before, but the sound track and the host make this easy. I have all ready recommended it to friends who were looking to get into running. Can't wait to get into the advanced program!
