It’s taken me awhile
UPDATE: This update is five months later—I am 3 months binge free and I am now experiencing success with dismissing urges to binge, for the first time in 50 years. It is freeing! I first heard of this podcast six months ago, from Heather Robertson on the Half Size Me podcast and listened to an episode or two but couldn’t connect with it right away. However recently, after being advised to read the Brain Over Binge Recovery Guide by someone else, things started making sense to me and I really have been making strides in recovering from binge eating. I highly recommend this podcast and plan on continuing listening.
