Really wanted to like this podcast
I really wanted to like this podcast but it’s hard to accept what the hosts are saying knowing there isn’t any scientific background. It also gives the vibe of “if you want to recover bad enough you’ll just stop doing it” which is completely not true. I also wish it included a host that’s struggled with BED long term and didn’t “just wake up one day and stopped having binge eating disorder”.
