Logical method dovetails with step recovery!!!
I am so glad to find this! Most eating disorder resources are about anorexia, but restricting is NOT the same as bingeing! They seem as different as OCD and substance-abuse. These creators have a warm, straight forward communication style, their explaination of the issue is clear and concise, and both the explaination of the problem and the method to solve it dovetails perfectly with step recovery, such as the Buddhist-style recovery I'm currently exploring. The problem with eating disorder recovery is I can't stop eating like I can stop drinking, but I can, conceivably, stop bingeing by learning how to reroute this "lower-brain" urge through my "higher brain".
