Do not do this program!
Unfortunately, when you sell your program over and over again on “100% money back guarantee” in large caps repeatedly on a website and podcast, and lay out in fine print exactly how to qualify for the money back and don’t deliver, I am compelled to leave a 1 star. I wish I could put a 0 star. She lays out the criteria of how to receive a refund, which I did exactly. I watched each video, completed the workbook, and requested coaching/asked questions. She then added 6 more items that were not included in her fine print to deny a refund. She added that she saw on my workbook I counted calories and tried low carb. There is NO WHERE that says you can’t try all of these things as you are “feeling” how food feels in your body. She accused me of not filling out the feelings sections which I did for 90 days and have pages and pages of evidence. Sadly, she is out to make money. She got off her calls on the dot every week after an hour, yet the moment she started selling her new $10,000 program she stayed to sell it for 15 more minutes in her coaching sections. This is unethical and she hides behind the word “implement” to get out of any money back guarantee. Do not believe the hype. The program also does not work for people who only need to lose 5-10 pounds because she doesn’t meet with you for an initial appointment and evaluate your target weight. The program doesn’t work because it’s all based on how you feel and on zero science of calories and how fast or slow your metabolism is. She now charges 3 times the original price and asks people to pay up front (beware of that scam) for coaching. Do not buy this as you will not get your money back if you are dissatisfied in any way.

Especially a store that has all of the food I allow myself to eat. Ha! I walked calmly around the...Read full review »

Laura’s podcast is so in depth and she explores so many topics that life long struggling dieters will really benefit from. Her perspective is intelligent, thorough and compassionate. Listening has been so helpful and reassuring for me. Love. Can’t say enough good things.
