Sometimes life happens, and we feel overwhelmed, anxious, and fearful. Our inner child may be triggered to react in ways that feel uncontrollable. The conditioning of our mind may want to wallow in the pain, repress our emotions, or continue with habit patterns that are more harmful to self than helpful. This is all normal. However, how can we be more mindful and intentional during these moments?  My belief is that we 100% can utlize mindfulness in these difficult moments to help us come home to ourselves and to see things more clearly. This show is all about learning more about how to be mindful during these moments and how to shift our way of thinking to find more acceptance to these difficult moments in life.  As you practice mindfulness and coming home to yourself, you will notice less charge to the original "problem" or low point in life and these moments, will arise and pass - as everything is impermanent.
