Creditable, Humane & Humble Info
I love listening to this podcast for so many reasons. Not only do the hostsRetain their credibility through providing sources evidence in more to back up every nutritional and medical claim that they make , they also remember that we are all human. They share their personal experiences as well as what they believe. I have listen to many “nutritional“ podcast we are not only are the hosts not credible,But they are also not humble. Many people that I’ve listen to act like they are above everyone else who is trying to learn and grow their knowledge about different nutritional and intuitive eating information. This is not the case with these two wonderful hosts.
