“I find these podcasts really helpful. They are short enough to be done anywhere & at anytime. Following Kathryn’s guidance, I find I can just ‘plug-in’ to the sensations in my body and press the pause button for ten minutes. What I feel it’s actually doing is recalibrating my perspective; a quick reality check which then carries over into the rest of my day - or at least the next hour - depending on the pace of the day ;) The audio quality is amazing and you can really hear the silence between Kathryn’s words which is soothing in itself.
