Evidence Based Fitness Info
I’ve been exercising for years and have always wanted to know more of the science behind what works, what doesn’t work, etc., and Shannon provides that information in the chunk of time it takes me to get to work! I found the podcast a couple weeks ago after finding some of her free workouts on Instagram, and I’ve already listened to almost all of the episodes. I love that she emphasizes efficient effective workouts and rest to allow muscles the time to grow and get stronger. I’ve always loved cardio and found strength training so dull, and her workouts and podcast are helping me to change that! Looking forward to getting stronger and continuing to learn!
