So worth your time
Love this podcast! The hosts are fabulous and light, their info is backed by science with interesting, qualified experts in their respective fields. I’ve found the various topics they’ve tackled, and how presented, both educational and motivating. I’ve recommended this show to all my family members as food and weight - and how we relate to it, are daily struggles for most. Plus - each episode is a quick 25 minutes or so. Enjoy!

I could see how this info could be good for people with very little nutritional knowledge, but I had much higher hopes for it. I was hopeful that this podcast would surprise me, I gave it a try and sat through many cringe-worthy moments. First, being affiliated with Noom does not help the case.
