These episodes are 2 of my favorites! They opened me up to trusting myself to make an big amends to myself. To tell another person and my therapist what an absolute boundless person I used to be. Since that day I have changed so much. I am no longer afraid to speak my mind, stand up for...Read full review »

I was so excited to listen to this episode because of the step by step nature format. I learned I had to try boundaries with ‘easy’ people first and progress to boundaries with ‘difficult’ people after some practice with the ‘easy’ people. It was such a gentle way for me to begin looking after my...Read full review »

These are great, short podcasts full of useful insights about boundaries and recovery. I find them a really helpful aid in my own recovery and a way to ‘top up’ between meetings. Barb speaks as though she is talking to a friend (she’s wonderfully sweary too!!)

I’m currently listening to your gossiping episode. Thank you so much for sharing all of this. I relate to all of it. I have been a notorious gossip my whole life, and I hate it! Thank you for letting me know I’m not alone, and more importantly how to stop. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
