This is hands down the best, health and fitness podcast in Aus. Tash is passionate about women’s physical and mental health and it shows that she has done her research and definitely knows her stuff. Just listen to one episode and you’ll be hooked! I trust her on the content she puts out and love listening to her podcasts. She has gotten me through some really hard times and helped me truly love my body for what it can do. She is honest, transparent, positive and encouraging. I’m so glad she created this podcast. Thanks so much!
