I only recently discovered this podcast and I already love it! Tash feels like an awesome big sister giving great advice. I really appreciate her ability to give clear, CONSISTENT, and easy to understand information, while still leaving room for individuality and identifying areas that are realistically more grey. I feel like I’m learning rather than just being bombarded with vague or unnecessary information. On top of that, I get a strong impression that she has a genuine passion for empowering her audience to understand and take control of their health so that they can feel amazing in their own body!
