“I speak Mandarine almost fluently, my wife is Chinese. When we met her English nor her French were good enough for us to communicate more than small talk. With the help of Serge Menyk's lessons, both the free audio lessons and the transcripts, I finaly learned to speak Mandarine faster than my wife learned French. My home is full of Mandarine lesson books and CDs, but the best of all has been Serge's lessons downloaded on my iPod. I would listen to the lessons and practice even when on my daily bike rides... “I'm a chinese and downloaded this podcast just by curious. wocabulary are definitely too hard for chinese beginners. e.g. the word "liu huang" = Sulfur, appears in episode 100.
