First attempt
This app is awesome. Loved the physical and mental challenge. As usual Laura walks you through the process . 5 min walk then run at 158 Bpm followed by 160 Bpm for 10 minutes each then 158 Bpm and a sprint for the last minutes. Great break from my all too filial routine if running for 30 minutes

I went from near retirement and feeling old to running 5k at least 3 times a week and feeling great. When I’m out there running I feel in top of the world!! 10k here I come!!

This together with MyFitnessPal app brought me down from 105kg to my current 80kg. I couldn’t believe I could ever run for half an hour but I just followed the program. It’s not easy but it’s progressive enough that you move towards the goal. Go for it!
