“This app is awesome. Loved the physical and mental challenge. As usual Laura walks you through the process . 5 min walk then run at 158 Bpm followed by 160 Bpm for 10 minutes each then 158 Bpm and a sprint for the last minutes. Great break from my all too filial routine if running for 30 minutes”
