This is so well thought out -to go from complete novice to running for 30 minutes-in 9 weeks -amazing - podcasts are great and so encouraging- on week 8 of 9 and now downloading graduate podcasts thankyou !

This app is awesome. Loved the physical and mental challenge. As usual Laura walks you through the process . 5 min walk then run at 158 Bpm followed by 160 Bpm for 10 minutes each then 158 Bpm and a sprint for the last minutes. Great break from my all too filial routine if running for 30 minutes

I went from near retirement and feeling old to running 5k at least 3 times a week and feeling great. When I’m out there running I feel in top of the world!! 10k here I come!!
