An excellent way to start running!
I started this podcast after never really running properly. I tried a couple of times to run with friends who were much fitter than me but I could never keep up, and it could be seriously demoralizing. Starting this podcast was brilliant, I'm halfway through week 3 and I can feel myself getting fitter. The way it builds you up is brilliant and its extremely handy having the girl on the podcast tell you when to stop and start. The only downside to the podcast it that by the time you get to the third run of the week the music canbe a little boring. It's no substitute for tunes of your own, but I do find it matches my running pace quite nicely.Read full review »

Not a bad idea but they need to have someone else narrate it. Laura sounds like a stereotype middle-class university student and her RP accent is quite distracting.

Can highly recommend this fantastic podcast! Was so unfit and disinterested in fitness but this podcast has got me gasping for breathe after 60 seconds to running with ease after 30 mins! I love it too! Thank you do much!
