You've got as far as reading this. Now download, get some running shoes and start this week! I've just completed week 8 and feel great. 2 weeks ago I couldn't run for a minute without feeling tired. Absolutely brilliant ... Just finished 3rd run of week 5 and achieved a 20 minute run which I never thought I would ever do. To think only last week the thought of moving from 5 minutes to 8 minutes seemed huge. Thank you Laura and the NHS.
