Great Podcast
I'm on week 8 of this podcast I can't believe how I've managed to do it. I've done running podcasts in the past and this one is much better. I'm now running for 28 minutes and although I'm putting in some effort, I find that when I've finished my run I'm not puffing as much as I used to. Absolutely brilliant ... Just finished 3rd run of week 5 and achieved a 20 minute run which I never thought I would ever do. To think only last week the thought of moving from 5 minutes to 8 minutes seemed huge. Thank you Laura and the NHS.

I think this would be the best couch to 5k podcast I have listened to...if only I could DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Weeks 1 and 2 will not download for me!!!!!
