Love it!
I last ran in secondary school...20 years ago...i love this app..laura seems to know how your feeling..when you are exhasted by magic she pops in to say 'your doing really well' and the music helps with pace. Ive now completed all 9 weeks...fitting in running has become as important as the weekly shop! Would recommend to everyone who wants to make a change. Best thing from nhs ! I have never been runner but now i am addicted. Did 20min run and cannt believe it. I am going for runs even when its raining :-) I am going on a holiday in 4 wks and i am going to carry my running gear :-)

Great app it's like having your own personal trainer. Laura talks you through the sessions with helpful tips on running technique and plays music to accompany the runs. Love this- I am on week 7! Never thought I could run for 28 minutes- this program really works just do it!Read full review »

Anyone can do it. I have being trying to lose weight and improve my fitness although I've lost 5 stone I am still 18 stone yet here I am just completed week 6 with a 25 minute jog. If I can do it anyone can.Read full review »
