I've never been a runner or a jogger but with this podcast I'm now jogging for a full 25 minutes without too much problem. I still have 3 weeks to go on the c25k plan but with this podcast I've never at a loss for motivation and can't wait to complete the full 30 minute run (u even get used to the music :)) it's free it's motivational and it makes u into a runner ...it's amazing!....get it u won't regret it :)Read full review »
