“Like most of the people using this podcast I have done little or no exercise for quite a while. This application has really help me to motivate myself to start running. The runs are extremely well structured and the encouragement of Nora (I think!) all the way through are just fantastic. No patronising but useful tips. I would recommend this application to anyone who wants to start running or increase their stamina.”
