Such Wisdom
I really enjoy listening to Marc David on this podcast. Such profound wisdom that targets the heart. I have battled disordered eating (from chronic dieting) and have been reminded in so many ways that the issue is typically way deeper than just the food. I have especially learned that as I've been diagnosed with celiac disease. Being totally gluten free can feel restrictive at times. I would love to hear a podcast episode on navigating through celiac disease and having to radically change up one's diet with a history of chronic dieting.
