Simple, honest and effective
I recently discovered Rachel’s podcast and love it. She is not overly chatty, but down to business with clear measurable and attainable steps to take. She does a wonderful job of humanizing this issue and making one inspired and confident rather than dwell on the difficult task. Especially important is that her show feels very holistic and applicable to so many areas of my life. She provides the tools to navigate a stressful life.
