Glad I found you guys!
I’ve been listening to Gin Stephens “Intermittent Fasting Stories” and her and Melanie Avalon’s “Intermittent Fasting” podcasts for a few years now. So glad to find a great new podcast! Your topics are fresh and so interesting! I especially learned a lot in the episode about sleep. My question is on gastric “dumping” (as gross as it is.) I’ve never had this problem, never had any type of gastric surgery, yet since I began intermittent fasting, I have difficulty holding my bowels longer than an hour after eating. Sometimes I can’t even go 30 minutes without rushing to the bathroom. It’s especially bad when I’m traveling so I usually fast until I get to my destination. Do you have a suggestion to remedy this problem? Thanks for starting this podcast and I look forward to learning more in the future about this great way of life!
