In this episode Ashley shares her experience of taking a leap and changing career. From primary school teacher to writing a new wellbeing curriculum and setting up her own coaching practice, Ashley shares how and why she left a job she loved to pursue a dream she had been thinking about for years. With a master’s in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology, she coaches and supports adults and children, on their journey towards achieving professional and personal goals. Based at The Free Spirit Collective, City Walk, she coaches based on her four personal pillars – honesty, calmness, creativity and passion – and works with those who need change, aren’t sure where to start or would like to improve their overall wellbeing. She has worked in multi-faceted teaching roles in Dubai for the past twelve years, eight of which were at an outstanding school; she firmly believes in preventative, wellbeing provision for all.
