I came across The Mindful Kind when trying to find podcasts on mindfulness. I immediately loved listening to these amazing podcasts and Rachael’s beautiful calm voice and wonderful tips. I’ve recently been experiencing anxiety after having my first baby a year ago and learning to practice mindfulness has helped me so much. Finding this podcast has helped me so much, even just looking forward to each new episode makes me so happy. Thank you Rachael for sharing this podcast with everyone.

Rachel explanations of mindfulness are so easy to relate to and it's great that she reflects on her personal experiences. I found myself nodding along to the content. And I love the simplicity of the exercises, so easy but effective.

I don't know how else to describe this podcast but lovely. Rachael is so genuine and everything she says seems heartfelt and from personal experience. She makes it easy to see how real practices could improve your life in small, then big ways. Really enjoying the series.
