Life Changing
Rita Black has changed my life. I was part of the Shift Weight Mastery. I now have a new way of thinking about myself. I show up for myself by using my Thin Thinking state of mind. I listen to my Inner Coach. I have learned to never start over. If I eat something that I didn’t plan on eating. I tell myself, “I ate that, but I just keep moving on, moving forward. Shifting is a lifestyle. It works. I promise you. I have lost weight and have never felt better because I have a different mind set. I don’t stress about food. I talk to my Inner Coach by planning and thinking ahead.

Rita Black is amazing. She helps to unravel the trappings of self criticism and high expectations that we put on ourselves with respect to being overweight. Her program works and it starts with self love. Her program is a refreshing approach to removing the excess weight and keeping it off.
