A wonderful podcast
I recently found this and am so happy I did! It’s so great to have a positive and uplifting voice to listen to regarding changing habits, weight loss and the fitness journey overall. I have often felt lost and helpless when the scale pointed to a number I didn’t like but you have helped me see that it’s not that important but that there are so many other factors that are more important in order to live a healthier life. You also opened up my eyes regarding overtraining and I was flabbergasted by the fact that I showed so many of the symptoms you mentioned. Thank you so much for all the helpful tips and the tough love! ❤️
