Send us a Text Message. #276 - This first episode on running gear covers what we runners use during our runs - watches, shoes, hydration systems and clothes. There will be a second episode covering what we use before and after our runs. There will probably be a third episode covering everything I forgot because we runners like a lot of stuff! And don't miss my rant about woman's shorts!  PS: After I recorded this, Garmin did an update to Garmin Connect that I absolutely HATE. I will include...

Send us a Text Message. #274 - Do you have a reason why you run? Do you have Something that gets you out on your runs and keeps you out, especially on those really tough training runs? #264 - Since the 1980s, nearly all top marathons have been won by a long list of Kenyan runners. Many of these runners come from, or were trained in the small farming village of Iten, Kenya. #261 - It's been five years since I started MRTW! I love doing my podcast just as much now, if not more, than I did when I started. Throughout all the trials and tribulations, especially recently, this podcast is the one thing I can count on. I apologize for this episode being shorter than usual, on top of everything else, I caught a cold last week and lost my voice, so I didn't have much of a speaking voice. #257 - At some time in my many years of running, I've heard that silly phrase "a bad run is better than no run at all." That's hogwash, of course. Some runs are so terrible, it's better to not go out at all. Today's episode is about my terrible run Saturday and what I have to do because of it in the follow up.
