New to running this is the podcast for you. (update)
Got to week five and fell ill. So when I started back again I started from week 3 ( looking back this is more about my confidence than my ability) today I completed week 9 I feel great. Weight has been lost ( not as much as I thought) my stamina has increased and I feel motivated and committed to carry on. This has been a great podcast, I shall continue to use week 9. I just wish it didn't stop at week 9 or there was a 10k podcast. Never thought I'd hear myself say that all those weeks ago lol.Read full review »

Ok so I have only completed the first run but the podcast is great - motivational and well structured. Found the run challenging but achievable and stopped me from overdoing it having not run for many years . Great idea and great way to help people get active again - well done NHS!
