A must listen
This podcast works absolutely, i was previously wedged to the couch and now, thanks to this, I can run 10-16km with no problem at all. This podcast might WELL have saved my life, and Laura has a great Voice. It is just a shame they don’t do a 5-10km podcast too as there is nowhere to go after week nineunfortunately
