I have always hated running and given up very easily in the past. However this podcast is brilliant because it coaches you in small manageable stages. You don't get bored with the routine because there is a different podcast each week with tips and encouragement. I'm on week 4 and feeling so much fitter already, plus people keep asking me if I've lost weight (which wasn't my primary reason for taking up running) so it is obviously making a difference. At the age of 46 I never thought I could run and in fact when I began this podcast I could barely manage the 60 second runs. Now having completed the nine weeks I am able to run 30 minutes easily. And its free!

I am not used to writting reviews but have found this podcast extremly motivational. I am now on week seven and keen to go beyond the 5k!
