This podcast is literally life changing, I’ve recommended it to so many women (and men!) it really addresses internalised sexism and most importantly how to leave it behind and start creating the change you want to see in the world. Thanks Kara and the team of coaches xx

I love listening to Kara’s lessons. She makes so much sense and simplified concepts that boggle most of society. Thank you for your teaching!

So many topics that resonate with me in this podcast. There are a few episodes that are specific to lawyers and the “lawyer Brain” but this is easily translatable to physicians and surgeons too. Many thanks!

I wish Kara could follow me around and give me advice 24/7. I haven’t been listening to her podcast for long but it’s already helped me to be less of a people pleaser & stop taking responsibility for other people’s thoughts & feelings.

Kara is always on point with her topics!! Love the way she teaches 🥰

Learning about thought work from Kara has been so helpful and in the month and a half I’ve been practicing I’m noticing shifts and am way more mindful of my thoughts. I so appreciate how with simplicity and clarity she tackles all kinds of subjects and how to practice new thoughts around them....Read full review »

This podcast has been a game changer in my life. It shows your flawed thinking and how to reframe your mindset to get the most out of life. (That might be her tag line, lol, but it’s true!) “Thought work” and “managed mind” we’re terms that I had never heard of until my writer’s coach guided me...Read full review »

LOVE this podcast! Kara is so relatable. Yet she still always leads from above. Her concepts are life changing and have hugely impacted my life. Very inspiring!

Love this podcast. Way more tangible and realistic than other coaching podcasts I’ve listened to. Since she has experience in an office/corporate-type environment, she’s “gets it” in a way that some other coaches out there can’t relate to.

So many life coaching podcasts explain a problem but do not suggest a realistic plan or effective solution to solve the problem. This was the ONLY podcast that FINALLY helped me to overcome my shopping addiction. I still shop, but my shopping is planned, controlled and does not come with guilt...Read full review »

I know Kara brands herself as a feminist coach, and as devastating as it is that I can’t join the clutch because I’m a man, I’ve still learned and am learning so much from the podcast. Life-changing really!

This type of work (thought work) is a true health exercise that needs to be talked about more. As someone who has struggles with how I talk to myself, I've found this to be super helpful in gaining an understanding of my thoughts and building my confidence in changing them.Read full review »

I am so happy that I found this podcast, and can’t believe that I didn’t find it sooner. There are some positives about this podcast and it does provide some encouragement for people to become better versions of themselves. It is sadly for a very specific group of people who have means and abilities. The entitlement episode is very ableist and does not in any way address structural...Read full review »

Wow - Kara Lowentheil holds true to the title of her podcast. oh my gosh - listened to 108 (feeling triggered) ... half of it is about what she “doesn’t mean” and is “not going to” discuss 😂 and the other half is about how she felt when someone didn’t respond to her text! Is this podcast for our benefit or yours?? What a joke.
